Your Wolfore training record

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Given to you by:

Your gym or trainer uses Wolfore to build strength training programs. They’ve created a training record for you so they can write your program and print it out. This page explains what that record is, what they can see, and what you can do about it. Nothing here needs any action from you. It’s yours to keep.

What Wolfore is

Wolfore is strength training software made by Wolfore LLC, a small company in Wisconsin. We don’t sell data and we don’t run ads. Subscriptions are our only revenue. Your gym or trainer pays us for the software; you are not being charged for anything.

What they gave us about you

Your name and an email address. That’s it. Your gym or trainer is responsible for having your permission to share that with us, and for the accuracy of what they entered. We didn’t email you. For a print-only record, Wolfore sends nothing.

What they can see

Right now, only what they put in themselves: your name and email, the programs their staff write for you, and any notes their staff keep about your training. Their notes are their own records, the same as a notebook behind the front desk.

There is no training history attached to this record, because you aren’t using the app. If you later claim the account and start logging workouts, they would be able to see that training: the workouts, sets, and personal records you log while you’re connected to them. Any programs you write for yourself stay private to you, and they never see those.

If you want the app

You can claim this account and use Wolfore yourself: ask your gym or trainer to send you an app invite, or go to my.wolfore.com and sign up with the same email address they used. Once you claim it, the account is yours, not theirs. Staying connected to them is your choice, and you can disconnect at any time without losing your account or your training history.

If you don’t want this record

Ask them to remove you. They can delete the record at any time and are expected to honor that request. If you’d rather not go through them, or they don’t act on it, email us at support@wolfore.com and we’ll help sort it out.

If this record is for someone under 18

A gym or trainer is required to have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before creating a Wolfore record for anyone under 18, covering both the training itself and the account. If you’re a parent or guardian and you weren’t asked, tell them, and let us know at support@wolfore.com.
