You are seeing this because a Studio has given you staff access to Wolfore Studio. A Studio is the gym or trainer you work for. That access lets you see other people’s training data: real members, with names, email addresses, and a record of every session they have logged.
This is short on purpose. It is not an employment agreement, it does not replace anything your Studio has you sign, and it does not make you personally responsible for your Studio’s obligations. It covers one thing: how you handle the member information you can now see.
Your own Wolfore account is still yours, governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Being staff also puts you on your Studio’s roster, automatically. That’s what lets colleagues program for you and lets you log your own training here, and it means the Studio’s other trainers can see your training the same way they see any member’s. Your history is still yours: you keep it, you can export it, and it stays with you if you leave.
Your Studio operates under the Wolfore Studio Agreement, which is where the business obligations live. Administrators accept that agreement instead of this one.
Your staff access ends and you stop seeing member data immediately. Nothing happens to your own account. The commitments above still apply to anything you saw while you had access.
Not sure whether something is allowed? Ask your Studio first, and if you would rather ask us, email support@wolfore.com. A real person reads it.
